My 7 year old neice was over the other day, and she wanted to see my workout area. I popped in some Cathe dvd's so she knows what I do, and she just started doing them. She took the pad for my barbell and put them on her shoulders for sqats, and she did the cardio and kickbox, (a few min's of each) and had great form!!! She looked like this smily face :9 with her tougue hanging out.
I was so impressed with what she could do. I took some pic's, once I get them developed (sometime after Christmas) I'll try to put them up for you all to see. It was soooo cute.
