My 4 Week Rotation

Just posting a new rotation I'm excited about. I start my week
on Sunday and always take Saturday off. Goes like so:

Sunday: Total body weight work (Heavy)
Monday: All out cardio
Tuesday: Heavy weights/upper body
Wednesday: Heavy weights/lower body
Thursday: All out cardio
Friday: Cardio/weights (Light)


Specifically I'll be doing the following:

Week 1
Sunday: ME
Monday: Imax 2
Tuesday: PUB
Wednesday: PLB
Thursday: Imax 1
Friday: Boot Camp

Week 2
Sunday: MIS
Monday: MIC
Tuesday: CTX Upper
Wednesday: CTX LL
Thursday: Imax 2
Friday: Cardio and Weights

Week 3
Sunday: ME & Boot Camp bonus combo
Monday: Cardio Kicks
Tuesday: PS Upper
Wednesday: PS Lower
Thursday: Imax 2
Friday: Boot Camp

Week 4
Sunday: Power Hour
Monday: Imax 1
Tuesday: MIS Lower Body
Wednesday: MIS Upper Body
Thursday: Rythmic Stip
Friday: Circuit Max


After this is complete, I will go on to working one body
part per day and 30 minutes of cardio a day. I'll post that
after I have is all written down, unless someone else posts
something more interesting. Keep the rotations coming! I

That sounds like an awesome rotation, maybe I will try it!! I dont have all of those videos/dvd'a but I can always substitute one for another! I like that there is not two consecutive days of weight training for the same part of the body. I noticed in some rotations people will train heavy one day, and with light weights the next for the same part, and I know that the day after heavy strength training and being sore, I wouldn't want to weight train at all.
