My 20th Anniversary Present is Arriving Today!

Hello All,
I know most of you probably have the Intensity Series. I hadn't bought it yet because I didn't have a DVD player and I wanted the "Flappy Bits" that come with the DVDs. "Flappy Bits" are the extra stuff you get on DVDs. An expression I picked up from a friend of mine in England. Well, my 20th wedding anniversary is next month and my husband bought me a DVD player and the Intensity Series on DVD. They should be arriving today. I am so excited! Anyone have any thoughts about what I should do first or any hints for using the series?
I have also pre-ordered the new Body Blast series on DVD. They should arrive in time for my 42nd Birthday in September. Or at least sometime around my birthday. How else could I have rationalized all my expenditures on these terrific Cathe tapes!!!
Just wanted to share my happiness with those who would understand the most.

Happy Aniversary and early Birthday. You are going to LOVE DVD-land!! Cathe posted some intensity series rotation suggestions a while ago. One was a total body blast and one was for endurance and one for weights. They are a good place to start, especially the total body blast because you get to try ALL the workouts in a week. Here is a copy and paste of the rotations as Cathe posted them.****
