Ok, here's a totally stupid question, but I just finished L&G for the first time. Having merely "survived" Cathe's other lower body workouts, I found this to be almost too fun- very challenging and awesome music. My question is- I know almost all the tracks are remixes, but who is the artist that does the tune "Do What You Want" during the explosive plie squats- that song totally rocks (just what I needed when I thought I was going to completely collapse ).
I don't know the answer to your question, but I also LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout. For some reason, it's just SO much fun!!!! I smile through nearly the entire thing, when really, I should be swearing due to how hard it is.
I'm always swearing through ANY Cathe lower body workout- her lower body floorwork is always so tough, but there's just something special about L&G- Cathe's choices of exercises and motivational attitude just make it so much fun.
