Muscle Max meets High Step Training!

Here's another suggestion!

As I am sitting here looking forward to using Cathe's DVDs again Post-Op (knee surgery on Friday), I was thinking how great it would be to have a reversed circuit! Instead of the High Step Circuits focus being on more cardio, let's change the focus to Heavier Weights!

I love the Gym Style Series and Muscle Max like crazy and I think it would be great to have the a workout that follows those guidelines but has about 2 minutes of High Step Aerobics/High Step meets Kickbox in between the lifting segments. For example:

* 5 minutes of Chest which consists of Bench Press and Flies with heavy weights
* 2 Minutes cardio
* 5 minutes of Thighs consisting of Plies and abductions on step possibly with ankle weights
* 2 Minutes cardio
* 5 minutes of Biceps consisting of Curls and 21s

ect...

Using heavy weights like in both of those series, but add some cardio to help increase the burn and muscle shock!
