Has anyone else found it more difficult to build (even slightly) or maintain muscle mass and definition during pregnancy? I'm still lifting the same amount of weights, but it feels like my arms are back to long and skrawny! x( Is it possible that I'm having a more difficult time due to the baby needing more of my carbs/protein, leaving less for my muscles? If that's not the case, maybe I'm just having a difficult time coming back from my few weeks of light weight lifting back in February? Or...maybe I'm just not working as hard as I thought!
I had been doing PUB 1x/week and usually GS for arms 1x/week (so arms 2x/week and chest/back 1x/week). Maybe it's time for me to go back to the P90x lifting routines?
