Muscle Endurance - Woa Baby!

Last week, I received my Intensity Serives DVD's...all except the Terminator. Boot Camp was a total killer...loved it! Imax 2 was a total killer...loved it! Muscle Endurance was worse than a total killer...kinda loved it! I could not believe how HARD it was! I was going to try the rotation Cathe posted for weight loss and overall body conditioning. I still want to stick with that rotation which is:
Day 1: Boot Camp
Day 2: Off
Day 3: ME
Day 4: Imax 2
Day 5: C&W
Day 6: PLB w/first 5 intervals of Imax 2
Day 7: PUB

My question is, should I stick with ME and MIS(this one is not nearly as hard to me as ME was) rotating with cardio workouts until I have mastered them before moving on to PLB and PUB or would it be okay if I'm not too sore to stick with this rotation and "learn" them all and hopefully get better in them all?

Thanks to anyone who can help! I am LOVING these workouts!

Hi Angela,
For me, the pyramids were much less exhausting than muscle endurance, and don't take much learning since the number of different exercises is limited. I tried this total body blast rotation as is and did the workouts 'like' Cathe - 6" board for C&W and 6" for IMAX2. At the end of two weeks on this rotation I was really worn out. C&W may seem easy on its own, and IMAX2 may seem easier than IMAX 1 on its own, but put them all in one week and yowza. But I guess I didn't answer your question, did I? Why not give the rotation a try as it is for one week and then re-evaluate whether you want to continue or go to the other option of alternating of weights and cardio.
