Hi I think you made an excellent choice with the Pyramid IMHO. With the Slow & Heavy you should only use it for 2 to 3 weeks. I have the pyramid and it gave me great definition and muscle but I alternate with ME doing ME maybe on Monday and Pyramid on Friday. I actually stop using the ME and Pyramid for a few monthes and did the weights at the gym and didn't like the results so I went back to ME and Pyramid last month and starting to get the look again. ME is an endurance type with light weights high reps just so you know. HTH
