Hey Lori and Randi,
It has been a busy last week of school. Are you guys interested in continuing to check in? This was my week:
Su: BC
M: Cmax/C&W abs
T: CTX All Step WU&Step only/10-10-10 Step Only/Step & Intervals Step & Intervals only/All Step Abs only/Step & Intervals stretch only
W: Advanced High Step Training
Th: Step Fit WU, Step Sections 1&2/Power Max Step Section 3, CD, & Stretch
F: PP/SS Upper Body Mix Posted by Mogambo/SS Bike Maneuver/PP abs/PP Stretch
S: Lower Body Weight Work(haven't done this yet....maybe PLB or PS SL&A or a combination of PP & SS Lower Body Work)
Su: Rest
Eating this week has been good in general but always room for improvement. I start my summer job on Thursday so I have a few days off this week. I am cleaning out my Armour and dresser and closet today then I hope to do light dusting(obvious places) and a quick vacuum. How are you two doing? Hope you've had a great week and will have a great rest of the weekend!

Hey Angela and Lori,

Lori actually started this week's thread but it's on page 3 now. I've had a crazy, busy week and now I think I may be coming down with something. We have company this weekend too.

I did cardio and chest and back today and then went home. I was tired and I'm not sure if that's b/c I did cardio first, or b/c I'm not feeling well. Maybe a combination of both.
