Hey guys .. download Cathe's wallpaper from my website.
It's damn good (if I must say so myself) - it motivates
me to workout every day - hope it does the same for you all.

A few months back I had uploaded an excel spreadsheet to keep
track of the training and nutrition which so many of you
appreciated and wrote me back with thanks. Therefore, this
time I thought of sharing something different.

I love it .. I hope you all do to ... AND THANK YOU CATHE (AND TEAM!!!) for helping so many of us.

Have a wonderful Holiday Season y'all!
Shaan

Great job, Shaan!

Did you know you can also make ANY photo your desktop background, just by right clicking on it? I now have the photo of Cathe, Lorraine and Jai doing side kicks as my computer background.

Hey Kathryn I have the same one too:). I just change it to the one in Kickmax where they are all jumping in the air. I even put a black background to it because it looks so cool with the red and black outfits they are wearing.

Thanks Shaan. This is great. Since your so good at it, maybe you can add these pictures to the New Year's excel spreadsheet (hint, hint). I'm sure Cathe will be providing us with a hard core rotation and the pics you put together are awesome.

Thanks again.

Hey Kathryn...

I can do that right-clicking thing, but it makes everyone fat.LOL! Porky, actually. It streches the picture horizontally. How do you get it to stay like it was when it was small??:)

I at first had a black background, then I figured out I could use the "stretch" option to make it fill the whole background, so I have a full-screen version at home, and a black background at the office.

I first went to the collection of pictures from the kickboxing workout, clicked on the photo I wanted to make it bigger, right clicked and chose "set as background" Then, once it was on my desktop (small and centered), I right clicked and chose "stretch," which made it fill the screen, but didn't make it out of proportion.

Hi Janice,

Go to your Control Panel, then open your Display folder...go to Background & from there you can re-set it to center, tile or stretch & see what works. With this background I had to use stretch, on the last one I had to use center.

HTH,
Ruth
