motivation? needed....

......i am at a loss...i lost all that i put into my stepping efforts with pregnancy! my baby is almost 6 months old, and i feel overwhelmed, fat (50lbs gained), TIRED!...i just don't know where to start....all my cathe tapes are untouchable at this point....help!
 
How lucky you are....

.....that you have these forums to turn to! Back in the Stone Age when I had my kids (they're 28 & 27), I had NO ONE to help me!!!!!

That's why I had to jump on your question.

Start with baby steps.....maybe just start walking! Get out your stoller, put the little nipper in it, go to the mall, and walk and window shop. Or walk outside. Get into a habit of doing something, and make yourself a schedule to follow. In other words, make appointments for your workouts, and TREAT THEM SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!! Then you can work in your tapes gradually.

You have to start small, and then you won't be quite as overwhelmed. Also, break your weight loss goals into smaller bites....start with five pounds. Then another five. And don't try to hurry it.

And don't forget, we are here to cheer you on!!!!

I second Honeybunches advice! Just do something and I bet a million $'s you will feel sooo much better and once you start, there will be no stopping you. I wouldn't even think of the weight factor. Do it because it is good for you & the weight will come off! Hang in there. We're all here for you! Debbie
