Most viewed Cathe Live workout?

Hi SNM, just curious if you can tell us which 2 or 3 of all the Cathe Live workouts have been viewed the most? I don't know if you can track that or not, but I've just been wondering...

Cathletes: which Cathe Live workout is your go-to?

My number 1 Cathe Live is Strong UB with Core (10/23/14). I've done this one a ridiculous number of times.
My number 2 Cathe Live is All About Legs (5/22/14). I do just generally love all the Leg Lives, so it is hard to pick just one.

There are so many but here are the ones I seem to keep doing the most.
All about legs (5-22-14)
Kickbox & Barre (9-11-14)
Cardio Boxing w/stab ball abs (10-2-14)
Solid Cardio plus Hiit (11-6-14)
Hi/Lo cardio kickboxing (2-15-15)
Lower body burn (4-23-15)
Fitness Fusion (8-6-15)
Strong upper body express (9-24-15)
High energy kickboxing (11-5-15)

firemedic, Fitness Fusion was another goodie! I must try High Energy Kickboxing. Haven't done that one yet.

Step Hiit With Upper Body, TriSets Legs Live

mrsctoo, you've got a lot of Live homework to do. ;) I will add Step HiiT w/UB to my list as well. TriSets Legs was hard. Did you notice Cathe kept upping her weight on the second and third rounds of the trisets?

I really enjoy Cathe Live and am glad they are willing to share their Thursday

Total Body Sculpt ( 9/4/14/) although a little long..about 71 min or so

Barbell Upper Body Live (1/29/15)
Metabolic Conditioning Live (3/19/15)
Push Pull Total Body Live (4/5/15)

and when I have the "blahs" or don't feel like working out..but know that if I don't do something...I'll feel worse, I opt for

We needed a 4th PHA for a month rotation (1/week), so we have #348 PHA No Repeats.

#247 Time to HiIT It Low Impact

# 325 Low Impact 40/20 HiiT

#341 Lots of Legs

#140 Low Impact Cardio Hiit (for a SHORT cardio)

#293 Glutes & Thighs (a little long tho)

We like most others we have (~20 in all), they're just not "favorites".
