Most intense workout

Out of all Cathe's workouts what would everyone say is the most intense, or which one do they feel gives them the best workout? I am looking for a workout or workout series that is going to seriously KICK MY BUTT!!!

For cardio, IMax or MIC (I think MIC is a tad tougher, but either is hell). After that, IMax2 and then Imax Extreme.

For weights, PUB and PS Legs. If you choose your weights in an optimally cruel way, Slow and Heavy is pretty tough for upper body, but I don't have the poundage to challenge my legs enough. Leaner Legs is very very tough. PLB also. Among these, it's hard to choose.
 
Boot Camp. This is her most intense imo. Imaxes are next. But you will love this one! It's a tuffy! :eek:

IMAX2

MIC is definitely the toughest for me, but the others are all tied for second place! ;)
 
My vote goes for MIC. I haven't tried MIS, but I have only gotten through MIC one time and I have most of Cathe's tough workouts including the Intensity series. MIC leaves me begging for mercy.

I vote for the Intensity series. Bootcamp and IMAX 2 are good. ME and the Pyrmaids are tough. Cardio and Weights is sort of easy. And for kick your tail cardio, MIC. You may think it starts off easy, but by the time you get about 10-15 minutes into the step part, you will look/feel as sweaty as Cathe and her crew!!
