Hi Cathe:Hope you and your family had a wonderful vacation.Quick question:I have approximately 15-20 pounds to lose.I only have 1 hour a day to exercise(sometimes 1 and a half)Which do you think I should spend the most time doing-cardio or weightlifting?Thanks for the reply.~Linda~
 
Hi Linda! Do both! Two to three times a week of weight lifting (total body)and three to four times a week of cardio. Good Luck!
