Morning/Evening Workouts?

Hi!

I teach fitness classes and I often do all of my working out in the morning. (1-3 hours, depending on the day) Has anyone had great results doing a morning and evening class, breaking them up throughout the day versus doing a few hours in a row? Just wondering, seems like I need a change and my kids are starting to be able to play by themselves for 45 minutes next to me so I can do Cathe when they are awake now!! :)

I've done morning and night workouts before in the winter. Everything seems to slow down with my body in the winter and it helped me a lot. I will probably start doing it again soon. 3 hours of working out. Wow! You must be super toned. I can't imagine doing 3 hours in a row. You must be in great shape.
