more weights for weight loss?

My current schedule is 3 days of cardio (although on one of those days I teach 2 classes, hi/lo and spinning) 2 days of weights (BodyPump or as soon as I get them, PowerHour or MIS) and 2-3 days of PowerYoga. I'm wondering if I need to up either the weight days or the cardio or both? Maybe drop a yoga in favor of one of the other? I'm looking for serious weight loss....between 15-20 lbs preferably. I'm currently at 21% body fat and would like to get it down to 15% or 17%ish.
 
Ok, here's a thought.....adding the PS series 3 days (can I do them consecatively as long as they are different body parts?) and one day of the PowerHour or similar. Keep the cardio at 3 days, and cut back to just one day of yoga (plus the 3 classes I teach but I don't really "do"). I'm worried about overtraining though. I got into trouble with that a while back.
