More w/o's with ball or bands?

I recently did Pyramid Lower Body on Fit TV and have to say, that while I am an experienced lifter, the most difficult part were the exercises for the hams, glutes and inner/outer thighs on the ball. So tough! I could barely walk for the next few days!

I would like to know if there are any more of Cathe's w/o's that incorporate the ball or bands that are just as challenging? I would love to incorporate them into my w/o's, which mostly consist of weight training and step for cardio.

Any advice would be much appreciated :)

I would definitely get Gym Style Legs. She incorporates the ball and bands and is very challenging. I think this is her toughest leg workout. You will love it and hate it at the same time. My legs were shaking after the first couple of times doing this workout. She does inner and outer thigh work with the ball and the bands (this is what left me shaking). She does an equal amount of standing work and floor work. Standing work consists of squats, front lunges, rear lunges with dumbbells, plie squats with dumbbells, leg presses with the band, barbell deadlift with toes elevated (this was challenging), babell stiff legged deadlifts on high step and standing calf raises (your calves will be burning after this.) The floorwork consists of toe pulls with the ball, glute squeezes on the ball, glute tucks with the step and band, roll in's on the ball, inner thigh squeezes on the ball, inner thigh lifts with the band, vertical outer thigh presses with the band and outer thigh raises with the band.
