I'd like to see more workouts that utilize the equipment many of us now have--especially those of us who have been with Cathe for years and have acquired equipment as is has appeared in workouts.
Heavy Bag -- I use the HBB a lot as an add-on and another would be very refreshing. I would like to get more use out of my bag.
Barre -- Turbo Barre is outstanding. From the posts I've read, I think we all would like more.
Cycling -- I purchased the bike because of Cathe, and it was soooo worth it!
Bands and Tubing -- These are used a lot--keep it coming. Travel Fit 2 would be awesome.
Disks -- I love all the uses of these evil little things.
Now for the wish list of new workouts for equipment I have that Cathe would enhance:
***Foam Roller*** -- A good follow-along workout for myofascial release does not exist. Please, Cathe, you would do such a great job with this!
Kettlebells -- Just hoping . . . as always. It doesn't even have to be a kettlebell-exclusive workout. Maybe something that uses kettlebells with a dumbbell modification for those without kettlebells. I already substitute overhead swings with a kettlebell for front swings in Afterburn--it's more comfortable.
