I'd love to see more workouts that make it easy to workout Cathe-style when you're away from home. I was away for 1 day last week and did Travel Fit. It was nice to have a workout that only required me to pack a resistance band and I also liked the fact that it's low impact so I didn't have to worry about making to much noise. I'd really appreciate an all cardio companion to Travel Fit so that when I'm gone for more than 1 day, I can alternate strength and cardio. I like that I can use Slide & Glide, Yoga Max, Yoga Relax, and the Low Impact Kickbox premix of Kickmax when traveling, but I'd like to see, as I previously stated, an all cardio companion to go with Travel Fit.
A low impact, interval style workout that combines low impact HiiT, kickbox, and aerobics would be perfect.
Also, another strength workout that's more intense than Travel Fit that uses resistance bands, slide & glide discs, resistance tubing, and body weight for resistance would be great.
