More protein please....

Does anyone have a menu idea for more protein? I really need to step it up and eat more so I need some ideas.
Right now this is what I eat (example):

B-kashi high protein cereal (13g of protein)
S-yogurt mixed with nuts
L-Turkey Sandwich w/2 eggs or cottage cheese, etc.
S-Protein Shake
D-Meat and green beans

Help, this is not enough protein!

I use protein powder in my morning oatmeal..I love it..it has gotten pretty addicting really...I use Shaklee's instant soy protein it adds 16 grams of protein, no carbs and 90 calories...I also use it in protein shakes with banana's and Strawberries. PLus I use it to make oatmeal bars for protein on the run.

Looks like you're getting enough protein to me, but where are the green (and red, and yellow, and purple, and orange) veggies? The raw food?
 
Hi Carlotee, by fellow Shaklee-a-roo! I agree with you, the protein powder is great. Shaklee also makes Multi-Munch Protein Bars that have 15 grams of healthy protein in them, and they actually taste pretty good!
