More Leg Presses!

High Intensity Training Advanced and Muscle Endurance are two of my favorite workouts.

I'd love to see more workouts with 6 sets of Leg Presses.

I hope I'm not in the minority here . . .

How about a HSTA II or a ME II????

Or, how about including more Leg Presses in other workouts?

Yikes! 6 sets?!?!?!!
I'd rather do a hundred lunges and squats - leg presses hurt my knees. But more power to you!!

Oh, I've never even looked at the L & G premixes, I'll have to try that today. Thanks!
 
Leg Presses are one of my all-time favorite LB moves!!! Now....I'll have to try that L&G premix too!

I just did the Leg Press Mania -- I love it! Wow to think I've had this workout all this time and I didn't know about the premix! I've always liked L & G, but the added leg presses really add to the leg fatigue.

Tracey how are you? I miss talking to you every day too! Congrats on your P90X! I’ll bet you got nice results? I am doing the BFL 12 week challenge, I lost 18 pounds so far! I started week 7. I love heavy weight lifting and less cardio! I also cleaned up my eating.
I also started jogging again, I am hooked on iTreads! I love them! LOL!

Thanks again for the leg presses! Those are evil! LOL! I know I will get DOMS tomorrow!

Funny how no one's mentioned Pyramid Lower Body yet. I just finished it. It starts off with 5 sets of leg presses. And if my memory serves correctly, in the Bonus workout that combines PUB and PLB, up only, you do those legs presses twice. Do them with a barbell, dumbell, bands, or nothing at all; it's all good!
