Hi Cathe or SNM, I'm very much looking forward to receiving the new series! I was just wondering (hoping) about more details on the weight training videos in terms of sets, reps, rest periods? Can you give us anything??
Hi Sharon! The weight workouts are geared toward heavy weight training and then a bonus burn is included at times (mostly with the band) to recruit all of the intrinsic muscle fibers to completely exhaust the muscle group. The rest periods are moderate, not too short or too long. The reps speeds vary but they are generally at a 2/2 count or slower. The sets vary as well. Sometimes 2 sets, sometimes three sets, never more than three sets. I hope this helps
