We absolutely need more high interval Training (HIIT)
I am recovering from a shoulder rotator cuff tear. I am 1 month into my PT and making small improvements. Thank god for the Low Impact Series!! Unfortunately, I dont feel all that sturdy on a step and cant risk falling. The recumbnent bike is boring. I pulled out my HIIT and was able to get an awesome workout. I would definitely buy more HIIT DVD's. Please, Please consider making another one for us.
