More HIIT Cardio!

I am desperate for more amazing cardio (preferably HIIT)! Due to back/sacrum issues, I can't do things that force me to curve my lower back forward (e.g. burpees, leaning forward to touch ground). Due to knee issues, I can't do step. The only cardio workouts I can do are Tabatacize, Cardio Slam, X10 (X65 premix), P30 Low HIIT paired with Intensity HIITs (all adapted for no stepping). I do Afterburn sometimes, too. With only four or five workouts in my regular rotation, I need more variety to avoid plateauing. Please do more non-step workouts that allow us to remain relatively vertical! Thanks so much, Cathe! You're the BEST!
