Quite, often we will hear people compare our music today with music from years ago like we used in our Intensity series. Unfortunately that type of music is no longer available for us to purchase. Today, music like we used in the intensity series is simply not “legally” available unless you’re willing to hire an entertainment attorney, spend a year or two trying to track down and negotiate contracts with the song writers, singers and distribution rights owner. And then if you are successful, which is doubtful, you will have to be willing to spend $25,000 to $150,000 per song plus royalties on sales of your DVD. Since each DVD requires about 10 songs, you can see how much even one DVD would cost even without the attorney and agency fees.
There are very few companies that even come close to spending the amount of time and money on music that we do. We even go the extra mile by having music custom created from scratch for many of our videos and we always make sure our music is properly licensed and is 100% legal. Sadly, this is not always the case in our industry.
