I dont have a spin bike at home....yet
but if you did more dvds like this one. i would totally buy one. I love that i can go to the gym and not worry about trying to make it into a spin class. Here in ny its a blood bath trying to get into a class with calling ahead and waiting list ect. /so the fact that i can do with out it makes me such a happy girl
