MORE BEGINNER WORKOUTS PLEASE!

Hi Cathe, Crew, and Forum Friends!

I know this has been posted in the past, but I want to stress it again! :)

I love Cathe and her workouts always, but most of them are listed as ADVANCED or INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED.

I am "workout challenged" at times, and some of the workouts are too intimidating for me to follow. I always watch them first, but still I have a hard time catching on, and therefore I never do them! :(

I love Beginner's Step and Low Impact Step, and I would like to see more of these workouts. I won't be as intimidated, and therefore I will do them! :)
