More 90 min workouts

Most of the workouts with the exception of Body Max (91mins) run at about 60-70 mins.

Sometimes, due to a busy schedule, I double up on weekends by doing 1 hour cardio and 1 hour strength training. Sometimes 2 hours is a bit much, but 90 mins would be just right.

Any plans to issue slightly longer workouts for those of us who need that extra 'umph'?

I also love love love the idea of Travel Workouts as well. Since Cathe is so creative, I would love to see how she would use a hotel chair to kick our butts.

Body Max 2 (coming up) might fit the bill!

I agree: some longer workouts, with premixes for shorter options (for those days when we don't have the time).
 
Yes...this may become a ncecessity with what some new advanced instructors are beginning to offer!

Or a DVD somewhat like Imax II/Cardio Weights in that there could be two 45 min. workouts on one DVD and then a combo combining the two workouts. I would like to suggest:
- a DVD with an intense step workout and a separate intense hi/lo workout - and then a premix combining the two
- a DVD with an interval workout and a separate leg workout - and then a premix combining the two
- a DVD with an intense kickboxing workout and an intense drill-oriented med ball workout - and then a premix combining the two.
