Ladies,

Right its a new WEEK, Thanksgiving is sometime soon, SO LETS ALL COMMIT TO GREAT EATING BEFORE THANKSGIVING!!

I'm laughing right now, What if thanksgiving is today? When is Thanksgiving?

I'll need to check back in in the morning before I go to work, just so I know how long our "Eat Good challenge is going to be" Surely we could all be good for a couple of days this week?:eek:
 
Morning Andrea! Thanksgiving is this thursday. Im with ya! Starting today im counting my cals,staying away from all the junk and logging everything!

I had a sleepless night:mad: one of those night when one side of my nose was clear and the other was stomped up:rolleyes: now my throat is very dry and ithcy....darn Ga Weather:mad: I may go get some Clariton today...I think its allergies? Its 7am here and I have absolutely no reason to be up:confused:

Im not sure what workout im doing today? I would love to do a Cathe Step....may have to pull out RS agian:D Ive got stepblast recorded? Then agian i may do another cardio on the treadmill. i haven't done any weight work in a while...kinda in a funk with that right now,i would rather do cardio? Weird,I know!

Good morning all.

I agree that I need to watch the eating too. I told DD last night that we can only have water today. In-laws came in town yesterday afternoon and last night we went to dinner at this little country restaurant. You only have 2 choices, greasy or greasy. No really you only have 2 choices, either chicken fried steak or fried chicken with sides of corn, salad, potatoes and a biscuit. I haven't eating chicken like that in many years. It was go good and yet so bad. I feel my arteries clogging. So I've got to stay strong and get my workouts in to help compensate.

This morning was 35 dog jog. It felt great to be outside again. last week I don't think I did anything outside. With In-laws here I will be doing more outside stuff. I feel weird working out while their here.

Jean-your dinner sounded great! I may go outside for a dog walk/jog today too...
 
Good Morning,

All of us that can't sleep aught to get up and chat. I am down to 122lbs again, have a migraine and TTOM, its going to be a wonderful day. Tonites workout is basic step with a riser if I feel ok other words it will be no risers.

Amelia-I think you will enjoy 3T. You should give step blast a go it is alot more enjoyable than RS its one of my favorites.

Jean-you and I posted at the same time yesterday. You food sounded delicious even if it was unhealthy. Congrats sticking with your workouts while your inlaws are here I would use that as an excuse.

Andrea-what did you do for a workout today? Be thankful you don't have a thanksgiving. Good luck with the clean eating.

Hi it's me - AGAIN. I have trouble posting to several places every day trying to keep track of stuff. Geez!

I'm trying to eat decently until Thursday. I usually don't go WAY overboard for TG - I got in the habit of only filling my plate ONCE and with small portions of only the things I really like. I usually have done a 5K on TG morning, but they moved it further away this year and the weather is supposed to be cold & drizzly so I'm either going to spin @ the gym or will do a Cathe WO or the elliptical @ home instead.

Friday I did the step combos from BM2. I think that HAS to be my favorite DVD (followed closely by LIC). Today I did LIS cardio from 4DS. Tomorrow I'm aiming for the KPC cardio premix and a LowMax premix on Wednesday. If I'm feeling ambitious I might try the original Bootcamp on Thursday :eek: Pre-planned damage control LOL!

OK, I've got to scoot, but wanted to say hi!
 
Hi Everyone,

Andrea: you are just to funny! On Thursday you should stay home and cook a turkey with stuffing,cranberries and all the fixings, so you can enjoy a thanksgiving meal with us!!:D or do double workouts for us!!:D:D

Jean: you are very good to WO with your in-laws there.My DH will go pick up my mother in lawfor Thanksgiving then he will drive her back home.(2 hour round trip).

Amelia: have fun with what ever WO you decide on. I vote for RS.

AndreaH: good to see you!! You sound like you've been busy. Great job keeping your WOs going!!

Roxie: Hope your headache clears up for you to get your WO in.

This morning I did BM2 powercircuits, upper body weights from BM2 and my own abd routine. Plus a 1.0mi. puppy walk. It is very nice here today(upper 30s).

I must go have lunch.

Elaine - I might be able to do the double workout on Thursday. All that cooking???? Nah. I choose the workout it'll be easier!:D
