Good Morning Randi & All who follow!

I have 40 m of Kettlebell work today.


Randi I started taking that GNC active women's vitamin pack a little over a month ago. I found that I need to take it on a very full stomach or else I get nauseous but overall its seems pretty good.

Anyhoo..... The weekend was productive yet quiet and went by too fast!

I'm ready to start anew again and hoping you all have a great day !

Today is DM Total Body Premix ( and maybe some yoga later)...:)

Randi- You have me thinking about the N.O Explode, I might check that out! Right now I use the Lean Dessert Powder and just put it in with my oatmeal....yummmm... and then have a Myoplex Shake post workout.

Iris Have fun with Drill max! There is another pre workout drink that's kind of the same as NO Explode, it's called Fast Twitch by Cytosport I like both so I go back and forth but like the way NO explode taste:)
 
Good morning! Checking in with barkan yoga today. I also did a netflixed Sara Ivanhoe last night -- buns & thighs (really just lower body yoga). It was 20 minutes, but I could really feel a difference. Feeling pretty good right now! I'm going to keep the Sara for a few days to do it again and see what I think -- I don't know if I'd buy it but it may be a regular netflix rotation. :)

Just another manic monday.... I'm off......

Ok I ended up doing Double Cardio since i just did back and chest yesterday. Tomorrow will be 4DS Bi's tris and abs:) My legs are sore just didn't think I could do butts and guts today:-/

OMG...the alarm went off at 5a and both my husband and I were like, "I don't wanna work out..." so we slept in way late and got into work later than we were supposed to. At one point last night while I was blogging in bed, my husband came in and said that I looked "content." I said, "Doing a workout like Imax2 really makes you appreciate your bed..."

Anyway...my body is telling me that its tired but in the next 30 minutes, I'm going to drop by the school gym to get long low intensity cardio in. I need the blood flowing but I don't want to do anything too intense.

Randi -- Vilma is totally right about eating those Vitapaks not on an empty stomach. You don't need a lot of food but you definitely don't want to be empty. I actually swallow ALL the pills with a glass of soy milk. WTG on your workout.

Vilma -- have fun with your kettlebell workout. I know how happy it makes you. :)

Iris -- that sounds like a tough workout. have fun -- I hope you can get your yoga in.

Kathy -- how was that bike ride yesterday? Have fun with your workout.

Beth -- I really don't like Mondays. :) But I hope the yoga helped everything for the rest of the day.

Hi Everyone!

Today I did CF Premix All Step Cardio Only and it was GREAT! I really liked it. This week I want to do a variety of workouts from Cathe to others. So tomorrow I might do a non-Cathe one and see how it goes.

Randi: Enjoy your day off of work. WTG on your Double Cardio workout. I also heard great things about BSN products, but there are lots of their products that I can’t take because of my Thyroid problem, so the only thing I was able to take from them was the Lean Dessert.

Vilma: Enjoy your workout today! You are going to make me buy my first Kettlebell workout! Is it fun? Enjoy your day!

Iris: Have fun with DM! I was going to do that one today for the cardio portion.

Kathy: Enjoy Step Fit; I really like that workout!

Beth: WTG on your workout today! Yoga sounds so good right now. After yesterday’s Yoga I think I will become addicted to Yoga again. Enjoy your day off!

Hi Everyone!!

We made it through the weekend!!

Jake went to school today, but he really looked worn this morning still. NO fever though, since Saturday night... I hope it went ok for my poor baby!!

DH picked up my new dose of Synthroid, I'll start it tomorrow....

And so I'm off to do Muscle Endurance... I'm going into it hoping I can make it through. I'm tired, but I took Saturday AND Sunday off this week, so gotta start back in today!!

Let you know if I make it ...

I really don't like the rental car I have - its a gas guzzler for the most part and it has this smell in it - dh says someone must've smoked in it but regardless I'm tired of this rental and just want the comfort of my own car already

Beth enjoy your day. I'm not a netflix member since we like to check out the movies online :eek: but you have me curious about some of those workouts. Never heard of those dvds you mentioned.

Well I'm guessing I covered everyone for personals.... need to get my chicken ready for dinner tonight and lil one will be here soon .....the quiet before the storm as once my younger two get home from school its not so quiet anymore to say the least.

Ivy, tell me what BSN products you can't use because of your thyroid..... I've never been anything like that..... I use BSN lean dessert, but I also have the slower acting/releasing protein thing -- Syntha, I think it's called. Am also considering Biotest Surge for a pre-workout drink.

Hottie, if you're going to go to a morning exercise routine, perhaps you ought to have Monday be a rest day. :) I'm really loving it set up this way, I must say.....

Vilma: WTG on your workout. I’m going to look into Kettlebell when I have $$ to buy it. Today I just bought Dove’s Bodies #2 and have her #4. I will try one of them tomorrow J

Beth: Almost all of the BSN products I cannot use. I spoke with someone from BSN and the product states if you have Thyroid issues it’s not recommended and to talk to you doctor, but I haven’t talked to my doctor about them because right now I just can’t afford to buy any of the BSN productsL. Hopefully I can start them again one day soon.

Have a goodnight everyone! Going to take it easy for the rest of the day. DH is almost home and have to get the kids bathe. BB tomorrow J
 
Hey Hottie: We had a great bike ride yesterday..I wanted it to be a little longer. But, hubby wanted to go a way I didn't want to. So, we ended up home...

Had a great workout. It has been a while since I have done Step Fit. I enjoyed it too. I used the 6" step. And at the end I thought I might have been ok with the 8" like Rhonda. But, I still was sweating buckets and had a great time!!

Chris: Glad your son is well enough for school..

Vilma: You have really peeked my curiosity with the kettlebells..That is my project now. To check them out!!

Ivy: I was doing that woman's work too. Changed all the beds and did some laundrymax too.

Beth: Hmmm. I have netflix. I will have to put Sara on my queue!!! I will need yoga by the end of the week. Does she have any others that would be longer and cover the whole body?...I have a Denise Austion lower body focused one and it is ok..
 
Kathy - on the Sara Ivanhoe at netflix.... there are a few others of hers there that I have in my queue -- this buns & thighs one is apparently 1/3 of some "quick fix" series and she does other body parts in the other two, but unfortunately it doesn't look like netflix has those!

Ivy, yikes on the BSN stuff -- man, it never would have occurred to me that I can't eat certain stuff with my thyroid issues. The dr. never told me anything like that, though I guess there was some news just in the last couple of days about not eating something if you have hypothyroidism. I didn't look into the details because I wanted to be in denial a little while longer. I think it may have been cruciferous veggies.

I'm starving.... off to eat some plain nonfat yogurt with strawberries. No reaching for quick fixes for me this week! (unless it's a Sara Ivanhoe quick fix, har har...)

Hey Guys..

I made it back...barely! it's just been quite busy here...

I made it through ME !! It was quite tough, but I remember it as being quite tough, even on a good day. Hardest for me to get through : The Bicep sequence , leg presses (for the THIRD time!! UGH!) and the one legged thingies where you push your butt up in the air off of that one leg (no weights). I couldn't do that one on my bad toe/foot.

Vilma: I know you enjoyed KB workout today!!! Sorry you didn't get your car back today! The rental sounds "icky"!! Wednesday will be here in no time though...

Iris: I don't remember ever doing a DM Total Body Premix! Sounds like a good one!

Kathy: I enjoy the older step workouts too thrown in the mix. I bet you had fun and it fllew by....!

Randi: Good pick for Double Cardio today...Hope you had a good day off today!!

Beth: Nice yoga day today!

Hottie: Hope you got a good workout in today at the gym. Sometimes you got to sleep in and get those extra zzzzzzz's! (esp after accomplishing IMAX 2 the day before!

Ivy: Good cardio today. I did CF last week, it's a good one! I like the step part the best, so I bet that premix was fun!! Thanks, Jake is doing a ton better. I'm so relieved ... It was so hard to see him so sick, day after day after day!!

So yes! All the "Weekend Crap Eaters" unite this week to eat clean and healthy so our hard workouts pay off!!

(Though it was comforting having you guys in with me on the eating the last few days!! Made me feel not alone!! )

Off to get school stuff ready for tomorrow....
