Morning girls!

Andrea-YOU GO GIRL! Kick butt this week!

Today is a cardio, TTOTM has poked its ugly head out yesterday so it will be an easy cardio today. Im tired and ill already:rolleyes:

Good Morning,

Tonite is TJ cardio party 1. only made up 1 missed workout and did a stretch. DD and SIL came over and we watched the football games. Youngest DDs BF came over for supper we had them all here. Ate grilled burgers drank some beer. Then DH and I and the girls played wii putt putt golf.

Amelia-TTOM sucks.

Andrea-you go girl rock it out this week.

AndreaH-DH bought me my fitness coach for the wii and I like it better than we fit. The personal trainer is more life like and you do a fitness test to determine what your weak areas are.

Roxie:We have a Wii. I've played wii sport with my boys and have a blast.

AndreaH: Great job on your walk over the weekend

Becca: Like you I shoveled the driveway (by myself) yesterday. I had doms in my back and right hip this morning. I bet you worked off the pop corn. I know I sweat like crazy when I shoveled.

We had a stressfull weekend. Friday night one of the heating zones in our house stopped working and a pipe on the north side of our house froze. We had the other two zones jacked up to warm the pipe to thaw it. It felt like the tropics in my house!:confused: Bye late Sunday afternoon the piped thawed and did not burts(thank goodness). Shoveling the driveway on Sunday was a nice stress relief.

This morning I did 4DS premix chest/shoulders/tris. I did not like this premix, it felt to rushed.

I will be shoveling the driveway again later this morning.

I am late on the drinking question, but I hardly ever drink. Maybe a glass of wine once or twice a year.

I am very excited to hear a shipping date for STS!!!!:D:D:D:D:D
 
Hello all! Checking in with Lauren Brooks 40 min k-bell WO. When I started the workout, I was thinking I needed a heavier k-bell. By the time I was finished I was THRILLED with my 15lb'er! :D Good workout! Lots of sweat.

Elaine, I am so sorry to hear about your frozen pipes. That's a bummer. :( Glad that you were able to work off some steam shoveling snow.

Amelia, enjoy your easy cardio today. Be gentle.

Roxie, who are you rooting for in the Super Bowl? I am a die hard Browns fan so it pains me to root for the Steelers, but Big Ben is from my hometown, so I'll make an exception. :p

Becca, it was a wonderful trip. The class was wonderful. It was 1/2 step and 1/2 upper body. Most of the steps I knew, but I still got confused a little, but I didn't care. It is just fabulous to see Cathe in person. The energy level one feels in the life class is almost unimaginable. You feel like you could keep going (til you stop and realize how you need to catch your breath, LOL) After the class we went to Five Points Diner for brunch. Cathe came too, what a treat. I only got one picture. I know others posted some over on the OP. We really just chatted most of the time and only grabbed a few pics at the end.

This morning I got to tried out a work out I borrowed from a friend. It was Tracey Staehle's Strize Zone. I did about 1/2 of it. It was a lot of fun. I need to try the other half later this week. I'm trying to be good with my eating this week. I'll let you know it goes.
