Hey Ladies,
Figured I'd start the new thread this week.
How was everyone's New Year's? Mine was a lot of fun. I spent the weekend down in atlantic city with my DH, my mom and her boyfriend. We had a blast! Didn't come home winners :-( but had fun regardless.
How's everyone feeling? Great, I hope. I know I am doing well. I only have one complaint and that is soar hips. They tend to hurt during the night and can keep me up some. I constantly change position trying to alleviate the pain but it doesn't always seem to help. x( I have a doc apptmnt next week so I plan on asking him about this...I have tried using a pillow between my knees coz I have heard this will help reduce pain at night. It seems to help but only for as long as I can manage to keep the pillow there. It always gets misplaced rather quickly so I gave up on that one.
Well, this past week my work outs went as follows:
Sunday: Basic Step, 30 min on Gazelle
Monday: Body Fusion
Tuesday: Body Fusion (step portion only),20 min on Gazelle
Wednesday: Power Max
Thursday: Body Fusion, 15 min on Gazelle
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 100 walking lunges (in a/c hotel room)
I feel very fortunate that I have been able to continue my exercise routine with only some modifications so far. I hoping this will be the case right up to the 8th month--when I think everyone is to stop until after delivery.
Happy New Year to all!:7
