Hi Everyone! I hope you all had a great holiday. I am just loving the fact that I can relax. My mom got Cathe Basic Step and Body Fusion DVD for Christmas. I am visiting my parents, and I tried that workout yesterday cause Jen V. said that she likes to do that one now. I really, really liked it. I did the step routine (low-impact), then went through the Body Fusion workout and just picked the muscle toning parts. I was sweating when I was done, and I didn't kill myself during the workout. I give that workout a thumbs up too (especially for pregnant ladies).
My workouts since last week:
sun: Walk-30 min.
Mon: Gym-EfX 30 min, Upper body workout-20 min.
tues: off
Wed: I did 30 min. of a Cathe step workout-I am not at my house right now, so I can't remember the name of it. It was one from the Body Blast set. I modified it, but I got through it.
Thurs: off-my DH and I traveled to see our parents
Fri: walk-20 min-I walked outside, and I would have walked longer, but being that it was so cold, and a sudden urge of "I have to pee right now" came over me, I hot tailed it back home.
Sat: off
Sun: 40 min-Basic Step and some of the toning portions (loved this)
I know that I have been eating too much junkfood (cookies, etc). I decided lastnight that I will journal what I eat and my exercise to keep myself in line. I am NOT going to diet, but I used to do WW, and I kept myself in check when I knew exactly what I was putting in my mouth. Journaling is never easy for me, but I think it's time to pull in the reigns.

p.s. Did anyone get any of the new DVDs for Christmas? My mom got me the Hardcore Extreme, but it hasn't been shipped yet (I don't think it's ready yet). Not like I would be able to actually do the workouts on it, though. I am very excited just to get it in my hands and watch it}(
