Moms-to-Be check-in week of 12/13

Hi Everyone! The ultrasound that was on Friday went well. We finally got to see his head:) Everything looked great. We got to take home a cute picture of his side profile, and his hands were folded by his chest. He's been kicking away, especially at night.

My workouts for last week:
Monday: 30 min. KPC
Tues: EFX-30 min.
Wed: off
Thurs: walk-20 min.
Fri: off
Sat: off (fighting off a cold)
Sun: 2 walks (50 min. total)

I see that I didn't do any strength training lastweek, so I will definitely get some in this week.

Hey Jen,

Glas to here your ultrasound went well. I've got my next ultrasound on Monday. I can't wait. Last week was really busy since I have family coming to town next week and then I'll be out of town the following week. So I didn't have much time to exercise. I managed to squeeze in two visits to curves.

I'm definitely starting to show. Although to me it just looks like I'm fat and not pregnant but I'm sure that will change soon.

That's about all. I hope everyone is doing well and I look forward to hearing about your weeks.

Jen, I'm glad your ultrasound went well. Isn't it cool? Just think Jen- 7 more teaching days until vacation!

Imani, start getting excited about it. Although now I have a visible tummy, 3 weeks ago it wasn't so noticable, and I couldn't believe what i saw on screen was in my belly. Can't wait to hear about yours on Monday!

This week was a light one for me- I wasn't home very much.

Monday - Cathe Body Fusion - 50 minutes
Wednesday - Cathe BS&BF Upper Strength Add-On 20 min.
