Hi Everyone! I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving-I ate way too much pumpkin pie, but that's what that day is for Because of the busy week, I haven't gotten much exercise in (I know, excuses, excuses...)
Here are my workouts:
Last Sunday: Walk-30 minutes. I was in some pain in the beginning, but then after after about 10 min. of slow walking, everything loosened up, and I was fine.
Mon: 20 min. Bow flex (upper body)
Tues: Firm-Standing Legs
Wed: 30 min. KPC (very low intensity) and 20 min. upper body on Bowflex
Thurs: I ate all day and laid around with family:7
Fri: 30 min. walk
Sat: nothing
Today, I plan to go to the gym to work lower body and to do 30 min. on EFX.
Jen, did you have your U/S yet? Imani, did you have any recent dr.'s appointments?
My sleeping has somewhat returned to "normal", so I hope that lasts now for a while. I am enjoying this time off of work, and I do not look forward to going back on Tuesday (there is SO much to do at home). When are you going to register for baby stuff?
