Good morning mommies-to-be,

Yeah, only 3 days of work this week, that is wonderful and I am looking forward to Thanksgiving!!!

I am sure slacking on my workouts, but I am trying not to feel bad about it. Here are my workouts from last week:

Sun - off
Mon - off
Tue - 30 min treadmill walk
Wed - Body Max 2 Upper Body only
Thu - LIS Step only without blast (had to drop to just the platform half way through the workout x()
Fri - Floorwork from Butts & Gutts
Sat - washed babyclothes and blankets all day, does that count as a workout? ;)

I am trying to pick up on my workouts this week, so we'll see how that goes :p .

Other than that I noticed that my back gets tired easily or maybe I just did too much this weekend ;) and I have some more swelling than usually, but I really can't complain.
I still need to buy a couple more clothes for the baby and some baby gear but other than that, I think I got almost everything done.
I started packing my hospital bag, so I should be able to finish all that this week.

I hope that everyone is doing well.

Have a wonderful week
Kristine :)

Hello!

Kristine, looks like you had great workouts to me;) And, I do consider all of this baby preparation and house reorganizing to be a work out!! I've also been chipping away at getting things ready and it is a lot of work, but feels great to be getting ready too. I've had a bit of swelling in my feet as well and find myself much more tired. I'm tackling the Christmas shopping in the next two weeks so we can focus on getting the kids' room and nursery repainted and set up. My goal is to have everyting basically done (except for perhaps washing baby clothes and crib bedding) by Christmas so I won't be stressed out in my final few weeks of pregnancy. I will be 36 weeks on Christmas week and had both of my kids at 38 weeks. I want to make sure I'm prepared in case I go early again (could be a pattern for me).

Anyway, was able to get some workouts in, but definitely felt more tired. I think I'll be scaling back to 20min workout lengths a few days a week so I don't overdo it. Here's what I did:

Monday – Fit for 2 Prenatal Class (Cardio & Toning – 45 min)
Tuesday – L. Hart FitMama (Cardio-20min & Prenatal Stretch-5min)
Wednesday – Fit for 2 Prenatal Class (Cardio & Toning – 45 min)
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – D. Austin Fit&Firm Pregnancy (Cardio&Toning-40min)
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – D. Austin Fit&Firm Pregnancy (Cardio – 20min)

Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone! :) :)

Hi Ladies,

Hope everyone is doing well!! Not much to report this week...just getting things in order. I think we have everything for the baby with the exception of the car seat (most important thing!!). Hopefully, we'll get that in the next week or so. Next week we go for a sonogram to determine the size/weight of the baby -- I can't wait to see the baby again. Seems like it's been forever!

Looking forward to Thanksgiving and a nice short week :)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Take care,
Trish
