Good morning mommies-to-be,
Yeah, only 3 days of work this week, that is wonderful and I am looking forward to Thanksgiving!!!
I am sure slacking on my workouts, but I am trying not to feel bad about it. Here are my workouts from last week:
Sun - off
Mon - off
Tue - 30 min treadmill walk
Wed - Body Max 2 Upper Body only
Thu - LIS Step only without blast (had to drop to just the platform half way through the workout x()
Fri - Floorwork from Butts & Gutts
Sat - washed babyclothes and blankets all day, does that count as a workout?
I am trying to pick up on my workouts this week, so we'll see how that goes .
Other than that I noticed that my back gets tired easily or maybe I just did too much this weekend and I have some more swelling than usually, but I really can't complain.
I still need to buy a couple more clothes for the baby and some baby gear but other than that, I think I got almost everything done.
I started packing my hospital bag, so I should be able to finish all that this week.
