Happy Halloween}(

I hope everyone has been having a good Monday so far. My energy is not consistent, so some days I am running around on high speed (like today), and other days, I just want to crash. I don't know how many times I said last week, " I just wish I could lay down in the back of my classroom and take a little nap." It could have been the weather, too. It rained here (in PA) most of last week.

My workouts from last week:
Mon: Cardio Kicks (low-impact)-1/2 hr.
Tues: Nothing-very tired
Wed: Gym (EFX 30 min., 10 min. lower body)
Thurs: Bowflex (15 min-upper body)
Fri: 30 min. walk
Sat: lower body (on ball-10 minutes)
Sun: Nothing
Monday: Walked 45 minutes, mopped kitchen floor (hey, it counts for something)

I started week 18 last Thursday, and even though I have to wear maternity pants, I am still in regular shirts. Once in a while, I will throw a smaller maternity shirt on to cover the low rider pants. No one can tell I am pregnant yet. My boobs continue to grow (as if that is humanly possible:eek: ) I have been feeling little flutters now and then, and from what I have read, there is a good possibility it is the baby moving:7

I hope everyone is doing well. Write back and let us know.

Hi Jen!

This was a tough week for me to exercise. I had a lot of fatigue, and I'm doing a lot of extra work at home (getting ready for report cards, catching up on correcting). I'm also substituting exercise for a nap- I figure my body needs it more! On Saturday morning I had plenty of energy to do Cathe's PUB (premix going down). I also did major gardening with my husband Saturday and Sunday, enlarging our existing front garden, and rearranging our perreniels.

I started wearing maternity pants to work today, and I feel much more comfortable. I often get abdominal "aches", and I think that it's my inerds making room for a growing baby. It feels really weird!

Have a super week everyone!:7

Hello everyone,

Last week went pretty well. I did curves 3x and that was all I could squeeze in. I lost my appetite again and am trying to force myself to eat. Hopefully, I will get my appetite back soon, since I am at the end of the first trimester. This friday is another doctor's appointment. We should here the heart beat at this one!

Have a good week,
imani

HI,

This is the first time I'm posting. I'm in my 22nd week. My energy level has been awesome up to this point, but this week I felt really tired. I decided to take the rest of the week off for activity.

I had my ultra sound 2 weeks ago. They found a very active healthy baby boy!

Sunday 10/24 - 2 mile walk
Monday 10/25 - off
Tuesday 10/26 - 1/2 hour noon walk
Wednesday 10/27 - 1/2 hour noon walk/ prenatal yoga
off the rest of the week

My goal has been to walk at least 3 days a week & do my Shiva Rea prenatal yoga tape at least once. I would normally find this yoga tape boring, but it has been challenging with my growing body. I'm hoping to use it to the end.

Hello all!

I'm new to the check-in. I'm 12-1/2 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. I've had a great 1st trimester until yesterday when morning illness came with a vengeance. Ugh. I hate feeling sick. I haven't exercised regularly for the past couple of weeks...busy schedules, DD and DS got sick and now I'm feeling sick. This week, I only did the Bootcamp/ME bomus combo. I hope I snap out of this morning sickness soon because I'd like to resume exercising. My birthday is coming up in November and I hinted to DH that I'd like some Cathe DVD's. He actually thought about preordering the Hardcore series! We are trying to give each other a $50 budget on presents for each other (his birthday is the day before mine) and I told him that Hardcore is way more than $50! I told him KPC & Pyramids would be great. I would also love the CTX DVD (more than $50, though). I have it on video, but my VCR ate the Kickbox tape and it was my fave of the series.

Next week, if I'm feeling better, I'm going to try to do HSTA, KPC (FitTV version), Bootcamp/ME combo, and a step workout which I haven't decided.

Hi everyone,
I didn't workout at all last week. I spent lots of time barfing.:(
My MD is threatening me with IV fluids if this doesn't let up.

I'm going to try again this week to get some exercise in. I really *do* feel better when I can walk, etc.

I have an US and MD appt scheduled for Thursday. I'm excited to see the baby again.

Hope everyone is doing well!
