Wow, it's already October, can you believe it. Time is flying by and before you know it'll be Christmas.
Here are my workouts from last week or at least what I think I did. Pregnancy brain is hitting me hard and if I don't write stuff down, I forget.
Sun - 40 min treadmill walk
Mon - off
Tue - 30 min treadmill hill climb
Wed - GS Chest and Triceps Timesaver
Thu - GS Legs 30 min Timesaver
Fri - GS Back, Shoulders and Biceps Timesaver
Sat - off
Yeah, I am really proud of myself, I got 5 workouts in last week :7 .
I am feeling ok, was a little off yesterday and had a headache all day, so I really didn't do anything yesterday, my husband was at work all day and of course in the evening I got really really emotional ;( , arrgghh I sure don't like that hormone thing, but I am back to normal now ;-) .
Oh, and great news, I got the results of the glucose tolerance test back and everything is ok, yeah!!!!!!!
