Good morning mommies-to-be,

I hope you all had a good labor day weekend. I sure did, I was doing a lot of laying on the couch and relaxing and it felt wonderful!!! :+ I was on the computer but too lazy to start the check in, sorry :+!

Here is what I did last week:

Sun - L&G (but only part of the floor work)
Mon - off
Tue - HSTA Lower and Upper Body premix
Wed - KPC Kicking and Punching Premix
Thu - 30 min treadmill walk
Fri - 40 min treadmill hill climb (well, it was a very small hill ;-) )
Sat - off

Since yesterday my stomach moves when my little girl kicks, it's too funny! My husband still hasn't felt her move or saw my stomach move, because each time he gets there she stops :-( . Well, one of these days he'll see and feel.

Hope you ladies have a great week
Kristine :)

Good Morning All Mommies-to-be!!!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Kristine, thanks for keeping this going!

I am really starting to have a lot of pain in my stomach area...I just cannot think I can stretch much more! It is getting difficult to lay down...it actually feels better when I am moving around.

Anyway, here was my week:
Monday: Perfect Pregnancy Workout
Tuesday-Sat. Time Saver Series(hi/lo sections modified!)

Take care!

Hello mommies!

Jenni, hang in there, you're getting soooo close. I know what you mean about feeling better being up and moving, I notice I feel better when I'm moving around also (having some bad hip pain with this pregnancy, especially at night when I'm trying to sleep). I've found that getting some form of cardio in the evenings greatly reduces my hip pain when I'm trying to sleep.

Kristine, I love feeling the movement too, and mine is becoming more pronounced as well. Don't worry, soon you'll really be able show your husband how the baby's moving, I swear towards the end you can actually see the outline of hands and feet. Very cool!

Well, after last week I decided to stop stepping for the remainder of the pregnancy. I was starting to feel too winded each time and had a couple of stumbles. I've decided it isn't worth the risk and have discovered that just doing my elliptical, walking outside, and low impact floor aerobics and toning feels great. I start a water walking (like water aerobics but even more low impact) class this weekend with another pregnant mom friend of mine. The session will last about 8 weeks (meets once a week). My doctor recommended water walking to help my hip pain and joints, so I'm looking forward to it. I'll be very excited to start my Cathe workouts post baby though!!

Here's what I did last week:

Monday – Gin Miller Simply Step Classic Moves (40 min)
Tuesday – Rest Day
Wednesday – Rest Day
Thursday – Walk (30 min)
Friday – Elliptical (20 min) + Arms Toning (10 min)
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – Prevention Walk Your Way Slim (Cardio – 45 min)

Have a great week!
Stacey

Hello Ladies,

It's been a few weeks since my last check-in. The hubby and I took some time off and took our 4-Yr old to Disney Wworld and then to east Texas to visit family. It was lots of fun and lots of exercise (ever walked around a theme park for a weekx()

I'm so glad to hear everyone is doing so well. Kristine, you and I are in the same place. I watch my tummy move all the time, but whenever hubby or my daughter come around the baby takes a rest. My daughter pretends to see her move - it's so funny!

Jenni - I feel for you...Are you having twins? I can imagine you must be ready to pop:p

Stacey - The water walking sounds interesting. I hope you enjoy it!

Talk to you all later - I'll have an official report of workouts for next week:+.

Hi Girls,

Uh..Im so impressed with some of your workouts! Part of me wishes that I never cut back...I was to afraid of miscarriage in the beginning so I didn't do any high impact, therefore, I never got back into it.
Last night I went for a walk with my friend and everything was going great but all of a sudden, I got a bad back. I don't know if the baby repositioned itself and now its lying on a nerve. I had to call DH to come pick me up b/c I couldn't walk any further. Its still bothering me but not quit as bad.I hope it goes away and isn't going to haunt me for the next 16 weeks!

Everyone sounds like they are doing good. Keep up the good work ladies, I wonder which one of us will go first???

Hi Everyone!!

Yes, I am pregnant with twins...a boy and a girl...it still has not hit me yet. I went to a "moms of multiples" meeting last night and I think I am just living in denial. I do not know why because my stomach is soooooo big I don't know how I can convince myself otherwise. HA

It is great to hear that everyone is doing well. I love feeling the babies, too. Just wait because soon it will just be "waves" across your stomach and your stomach-area will begin to take on new shapes.

I am just so thankful I am still able to exercise and move around a bit (of course, not like the old days!?) But, so many women with twins have to go on bedrest...so, thanks to Cathe, I am still able to be mobile. Exercise is GREAT!

Anyway, have a great weekend everyone!!
