I hope you all had a good weekend. Unfortunately, they are always too short ;-) .
Here are my workouts from last week (well, I am not quite sure about some of them, I know I worked out 5 times last week )
Sun - 30 min treadmill walk
Mon - off
Tue - 30 min treadmill hill climb
Wed - off
Thu - PUB (no abs)
Fri - L&G
Sat - 30 min treadmill walk
Hadn't felt my little girl move much at all last week, but she started up again on Saturday :7 .
I sometimes have a stomach ache, is that normal? Other than that I feel great, love the second trimester and the belly is growing, hehe .
