Good morning ladies!

Hope you all had a good last week. Here is what I did:

Sun - 30 min treadmill (I think, but don't know for sure) :p
Mon - off
Tue - HSC
Wed - 40 min walk on treadmill
Thu - MM w/o abs
Fri - LM w/o blasts
Sat - off, but walk 2 hours through downtown at 100 degrees (felt like a workout)

I am offically half way there!!! I have my sonogram appointment on Thursday, can't wait! Hopefully we'll get to find out the sex. Still haven't felt the baby move ;( . 2nd time or 3rd time mommies, when did you feel your baby move the first time around?

Hope you all doing well
Kristine :)

Hi Kristine! Looks like you had some great workouts last week and how exciting that your at the halfway mark! That's wonderful. I'm trying to remember when I felt movement with my first, and it seems like it was right around the 20-24 week range. Funny how I forget things like that with each pregnancy! I'm actually just starting to feel some fluttery movements at 17 weeks, but I've read that it's normal to feel movement earlier with subsequent pregnancies after the first. Pretty soon, you'll really feel movement and marvel at it, it's so incredible!

Well, I over did it helping organize stuff in the house because our downstairs is being remodeled (lifted one too many boxes, dumb of me). So I took some time off last week, but did manage to get a walk in on Saturday, and did low impact floor aerobics yesterday. I'm hoping to be a lot more active this week, just makes me feel so much better.

Okay, Kristine and all you mom's to be, have a fantastic week:)

hi, I am new to this check-in...It's my first pregnancy. I stopped exercising the first 18 weeks of pregnancy b/c my ms was so bad. Anyway, thankfully my fitness didn't fall off a cliff and I am working out 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes a time. I am doing Cathe's low impact step, basic step and a mix of other low imapct cardios by various instructors. Hopefully, I will reintroduce weights to the routine soon too. I do feel so much better for being active once again.

I started to feel fluttery movements - or like strange rumblings around 16-17 weeks. Now, I am regularly thumped:)

Annie

baby due 11/30/06 or 12/02/06 (my dr and i disagree)

Hi Annie,

Welcome to the check-in and congratulations!!! This is my first one as wellm

Glad you feeling better to workout again, just listen to your body and do what feels right.

Kristine :)

Hi ladies,

Nothing new here! Glad to see everyone is doing good.

Kristine, its nice to be at the half way mark, isn't it? I have been feeling movement since 16 weeks although my Dr thought i was losing it when I told him the baby was moving. But I started getting kicks over a week ago and now its a regular thing in the night time.DH rested his arm on my stomach today while we were still ying in bed and the baby must have kicked him about 7 times but unfortunatly he didn't feel it:-( Maybe in another couple of weeks when it becomes stronger.

I weighed at my MIL's house the other day and I was happy to see that my weight is at a stand still! Thank God! I didn't know if it was ever going to stop.

Annie, welcome to the boards. I was at odds with my Dr to by only 2 days:7 hahahaha! He was saying I was due Jan 2nd but I said I was due Dec 31! Guess who was right...MOI! My ultrasound said I was due Dec 30th.

Stacy, I know what you mean about working out. I can't beleive I use to workout 2 hours a day and now I can barely get my lard A$$ out for a walk:+ I want to workout but I just don't have it in me. And I think part of the reason I don't bother is b/c I know I am not going to look any better hahahaha!

Anyway, hope everyone as a good day. Its a rainy day here and DD is gone away so I am a little lonely. I was gonna go for a walk with a friend but the rain as to stop first. Maybe I will make some blueberry muffins after lunch.

Lori:)
