I hope you all had a good weekend. Mine was great, but very too short, that's for sure.
Here are my workouts from last week:
Sunday - S&H Legs
Monday - 40 min treadmill hill climb
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - GS Back, Shoulder, Biceps
Thursday - GS Chest and Triceps
Friday - off
Saturday - SPJ step only,warm up and 2nd combo of RS, CM Seg. 2
Even though this was my first week back from vacation, it wasn't as hard to be back at work as I thought it would be. Last Tuesday, my tummy kinda starting pooching out , I guess the time is coming, there I can't hide anymore .
