Hi all you preggos:)

Hope you had a great 4th of July with your families, we are in recovery mode here! It was fun though, but no workout for me yesterday. It looks like I'm starting this post, so here are my workouts for last week (June 26-July 2nd):

Monday – Prenatal Pilates (40 min) & Walk (30 min)
Tuesday – Rest Day
Wednesday – Walk (30 min)
Thursday – QuickFix Prenatal Workout – Toning (30 min)
Friday – Gin Miller Simply Step Classic Moves (40 min)
Saturday – Perfect Pregnancy Workout – Toning (40 min)
Sunday – Rest Day

Yes, I hope everybody had a fine long weekend :) Last week during/after my spottingscare, my workouts slowed down a bit ... but here they are:

sun - body max
mon - spotting!
tues - elliptical 35 min
wed - legs & glutes; ab hits 10 min
thurs - pregnancy yoga
fri - ps back biceps, abs; bonus butt w/o from June rotation

Hi All,

I hope your 4th was enjoyable. I am in recovery mode also. Way too much activity for a tired, sick preggo. I was only able to fit in one workout last week because of nausea/sleep deprivation.

Tues-after a one hour nap, I was able to walk 45 minutes on the treadmill and do some abs. Just pathetic if you ask me.

The good news is I added B6 in the mornings and have been doing much better with the nausea.

Good Morning Hot Mammas,

My week was great. Finally got off the couch at week 16 and joined a gym. I just couldn't get motivated to do videos...

So, starting last Wed, here are my workouts:

Wed: Pump class
Thurs: Eliptical 45 min
Fri: Rest
Sat: Step class and hosted a huge 4th of July party (tired!!!)
Sun: Rest!
Mon: Step Class
Tues: Rest
Wed: 40 minute iTread workout and 50 min. step class (felt really good)

I like the every other day schedule and I might stick with it... not sure yet.

I hope all of you are doing well. Hang in there - the weeks get better, I promise!

Went to doc yesterday, still dialated 1 and 50% effaced, I can't believe it I thought I'd be a 3 for sure, sure feels like this baby is going to come out on her own:7 Hmmmmmmmmmmm. My guess is by the 12th, we'll see! It's so hard to walk these days, sometimes I have to use the walls. It's worse towards the end of the day. Mornings are usually good.
Keep up the good work everyone and feel good!

Oh yeah, for those of you that are newbies, my ticker is off by a week, they changed my due date to 7/25/06. It'll be interesting to see if it's then or the original which is the 15th!!
