Hi everyone,
Hope you are all doing well and had a good weekend. I think I'm finally coming out of the first trimester headaches (they were everyday for a while), but still fighting the fatigue. I only managed to get 4 days a week in last week, but I'm glad I at least did a little something:)

Here are my workouts for last week:
Monday – Cathy F. Basic Step (30 min)
Tuesday – Rest Day
Wednesday – Walk (30 min)
Thursday – Prenatal Pilates side leg series (20 min) + Arms Toning (30 min)
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – Walk (30 min)
