Happy New Year Mommies and Good Morning!

No baby for me yet and with each passing day my mood isn't getting much better. I am now 3 days late with no signs of labor which is probably the most devasting part. If I felt something, then atleast I would know its around the corner but right now it just seems like I am never going to have this baby.
On top of that I woke up with a really sore throat today. When I went to bed last night I kept coughing but it didn't feel like anything out of the ordinary. But when I woke up at 5, I could barely swallow. The only thing I think about is I am afraid I will pass it on to someone else in this house and then they won't be able to go into the delivery room with me. That would be horrible!
Anyway....enough whining, I know. Could always be worse right?

Happy New Year to everybody!!!

Here are my workouts from last week:

Sun - off
Mon - off
Tue - 30 min treadmill walk
Wed - 30 min treadmill walk
Thu - 1 hr walk in the hospital (does that count as a workout? ;-) )and the arrival of my baby girl Heidi! (for more info see she is finally here)

Lori - I thought the same thing that the baby never will get here but I promise he/she will. I send you labor vibes!!!!

I know exactly where you're coming from...I thought Olivia would never get here. But, before you know your little one will make an apearance and you will be ecstatic!

Hi Lori,

I am new to this post since I am expecting again. I know how you
feel waiting for your little one. I went through the same thing
with my first. I remember being worn out at the end from lack of
sleep. I had insomnia from 8 weeks on that became increasingly
tough to cope with. I still had to get up and go to work sometimes
just falling asleep when my alarm would go off. It was awful but
temporary!!! Thanfully this pregnancy although very new has not
thus far been like the first. I had my membranes stripped one
week before my due date. It didn't seem to work since the baby
decides when its time. I would try to keep in mind your baby
will decide and before you know it he/she will be in your arms.

Congrats on the birth of your baby!!!! I bet shes a cutie!

Well, I have some good news. I am 3 cm dilated and about 50 % thinned out so I guess it should happen soon.
