Tue: Power Max chptrs 1,2,5 only/Gazelle-20 mins
Wed: Basic Step
Thu: Rest
Fri: Ctx: Kickbox-cardio only/ Power Max chptrs 1,2,5 only
Sat: Gazelle-30 mins/Basic Step's Lower Body Add on
Hope everyone's week went well! Was just at the doc's tonight for a quick weight, measure and heart beat. All is well!
