Have a few minutes before we have to leave for easter dinner so I figured I'd start the part. Happy easter and to any of my jewish friends-Happy passover. I am jewish but hubby is catholic.

Hello ladies, Well both of my arms look like pin cushions but I must say it was easier than I thought. The 1st hour was the hardest because I was so jittey and the baby was going CRAZY after that I felt fine and I was not even hungry. I should get my results tomorrow so I guess we will see. I am so jealous of guys , You both have your weight gain under control. Last week at the dr.s my husband was standing there when they weighed me and needless to say he said"you weigh how much?" I was going to kick him right there but I didn't. I am gaining 1 poung a week, so I am 32 weeks and I have gained 32 pounds. We will see what happens over the next few weeks.

sun:eek:ff
mon:basic step
tues:imax 3 step only
wed:lomax no blasts
thurs:eek:ff
fri:eek:ff
sat:treadmill and weights

mary - i made my husband turn his head when they weighted me at the last appointment. he simply does not need to know;-)

glad your test is done. rest easy now. how are the mood swings?

I don't bother bringing hubby to my visits since they do so little at them. I am lucky being not even 5 feet tall, even if I gained a ton the number still would be small for weight. Mary, you probably look less pregnant than me and your body probably needs the extra weight. At 6 feet tall, I am sure your weight is distributed plus you are carrying a big baby. My guess is though that your weight gain/baby's size will level off soon. Keep us posted on the results of the test. Oh, and my sis in law pointed out how big my belly was and couldn't believe I had over a month left. Thanks!Lol.

Hi strong mamas!!!

;-)
It'll be busy but fun too!

Hey I just hit the 7 month mark and I swear I look like I'm due in a month:eek:
Oh well, usually by this time I don't care what I look like anymore cuz the end is near and it 3rd tri, you just get BIGGER AND BIGGER:7

Hello ladies!! I've just started my two-week doctor appointments, so I feel like I'm really getting close (31 weeks)! Passed my glucose, but my iron was a bit low - I'm on iron supplements now.

Workouts feel great, which is good because in a week and a half I'm registered for the KC Trolley Run - a 4-miler (downhill all the way!). I'm registered in the fast walker/slow jogger group, so I won't be beating myself up too much.

Sun. Prenatal Yoga
Mon. 30 min. walk/jog, WHFN Pump
Tues. Gay's Perfect Step, Prenatal Yoga
Wed. 30 min. walk, Muscle Max (51-min Timesaver)
Thurs. Low Max, Prenatal Yoga
Fri. 30 min. walk/jog, Step Heaven
Sat. Step, Jump, and Pump

Sounds like you guys are having a busy week! I feel so far behind all of you... I haven't even gone to the doctor yet!

Shopaholic- that must be so cool that your baby is kicking all the time!
Morris- good luck with your marathon work week! Do you really do both of those workouts each week or do you modify a lot? Amazing.
Mary - I am sorry you were dissapointed with your test results. I am sure everything will work out, and both you and your little one will be super healthy.
Curly- How cool that you are having another girl!
Linda- Best of luck in the trolley run!!!!!

Hi ladies!

I have been lurking around here for a while and checking out the weekly workouts. I am almost 22 weeks with baby girl #2 and still love my workouts, 5 or 6 days a week. For those of you still doing KPC - are you able to keep up the pace and do the whole workout? I did it this morning, still using my 1 Lb dumbbells for a little resistance, but I want to make sure I'm not going too hard. I feel fine, but I'm wondering if any of you have run into any problems with the kickboxing or other manuevers. Have you modified the workout in any way?

THANKS! :)

Jen
