Hi Preggos!

How is everyone feeling? Im doing pretty good today for a lazy sunday. Actually, I went out earlier and got some things I needed and when no one was watching me, I put the garland and the lights up around the cupboards! I know everyone will ask me if I did it but thats o.k...its done now and no one got hurt:) ;-) I wouldn't have done it if I knew I was going to hurt "us" but I knew if I took my time I would be o.k so thats that.

I think we have finally decided on baby names. We are thinking of Rylan Kenneth for a boy and Katie Daisy for a girl. Any thoughts? I also like Andie for a girls name, if I could convince DH then I would, but I think he is stuck on Katie.
I have my apt with the specialist on Wed so I am looking forward to that.Other then that...I think my week will be rather boring! I guess I will find something to do...
Have a good day everyone!
Lori:)

Hi Mom's!
Hope everyone had a great weekend. We got the tree up inside and the kids had such a blast decorating it, love this time of year. I also just finished ordering our Christmas photo greeting cards from Wal-Mart. Amazing how much to do there is with planning for the baby's arrival and getting ready for the holidays! Most of my shopping is done luckily.

Lori, I really like both names you've chosen, and Andie is a pretty name also (especially like the spelling of it). I think whatever you choose will be wonderful.

Had great intentions of working out today, but decided on a nice nap instead! Just one of those low energy days today. So, was able to get 4 days in last week, and should be able to squeeze in 5 days this week (depending on my energy level of course). Here's what I did:

Monday – Fit for 2 Prenatal Class (Cardio & Toning – 45 min)
Tuesday – L. Hart FitMama (Cardio/Labor Prep/Prenatal Stretch-35min)
Wednesday – D. Austin Fit&Firm Pregnancy (Cardio&Toning-40min)
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – D. Austin Fit&Firm Pregnancy (Cardio&Toning-40min)
Sunday – Rest Day

Hard to believe I'm 33 weeks now! The baby's quite active which is so neat to experience. Everyone have a great week. ;)

Good Morning Everyone,

Just getting DD off to school and I am still pretty sleepy. Oh well, there are a few things I need to do before I pick my in laws up at the airport so I can always have a cat nap later.

Stacy, I put one tree up last weekend but now I need to find a real one before Sat. DH is having his christmas party here and he would like to have the real tree up as well. He is more excited about christmas then a child! He as been off all weekend and all we have been listening to is christmas music. Its a bit to early to be listening to it all the time.
I wished this pregnancy to hurry up and now that I am heading into my 37th week, I am wondering where the year went! Im not complainig though, being pregnant is not my most favorite thing. And the baby as been moving even more since its running out of room! Which makes it VERY uncomfortable somedays.
Anyhoo...my child isn't moving very fast.Gotta get her in gear!

Hi ladies,

I am a little late checking in, but I was to busy at work to be able to post.

Here are my workouts from last week:

Sun - 30 min treadmill walk
Mon - off
Tue - 20 min upper and 20 minute lower body workout from Basic Step
Wed - 30 min treadmill walk
Thu - off
Fri - The perfect pregnancy workout
Sat - off

I sure was hoping to get 5 workouts in last week, but I am just to busy getting the house decorated for Christmas and buying Christmas presents. Well, I am shooting for 5 workouts this week, but I am not sure if that'll happen.

Only 2 more days of work for this week. I will be taking off Thursday and Friday. On Thursday is my 30th Birthday, so I am taking off to celebrate with my hubby and it doesn't make sense to go back to work Friday, right ;-) .
I am feeling a little bit, like I am getting a cold, but I sure hope not x( .
I took a parenting class last week with my girlfriend and she is also my baby's god mother and it was a really good class.

Wow, I can't believe that I only got a little over 3 weeks left. I can't wait to see her and hold her.

Lori - I am out of room too. When I eat I could stop after 3 bites, just room wise, but I keep eating and always think to myself, am I going to explode any minute now. But everybody still keeps telling me I look so tiny  . And then she moves, it looks like an earthquake on my tummy, it's too funny!

Stacey - I am trying to get 5 workouts in per week as well, but it's getting so hard to find the time with getting ready for the baby and Christmas. Oh well, we are doing what we can and I am looking forward to workout after the baby is here. It will be so much easier without the basketball in the way, hehe.

Hope you all have a great week
Kristine :)

Hi Girls,

I just came back from another uneventful Dr's visit. I guess I keep waiting for them to tell me that the babies head is in my pelvis and things should soon start moving, but no such luck. Actually, she didn't even tell me where the babies head was! Blah...blah...blah...
Anyway, that was the specialist I saw today and he wants me to start seeing my own Dr every week now. Then he said " if you don't have the baby by Jan 3rd:eek: then check yourself in at the hospital" And Im thinking..."what do you mean..." Just b/c I think I am going to go any day now but realisticly I know we are pregnant for 40 weeks for a reason so I should just shut up complaining about it! hahaha Then I finally broke down and bought myself a winters coat. I still can't get it buttoned up but it should keep me warm for the next couple of weeks

Thats it from me. I should get DD some lunch and myself to. Im not sure what I am going to do this afternoon but I know downstairs needs to be cleaned up so maybe I will tackle that.
Have a good day everyone!
Lori:)

Hi Lori!

Sorry your doctor's visit wasn't very informative! Sheesh, isn't that frusterating. That cracks me up that they told you to check yourself into the hospital if you don't have the baby by Jan. 3rd, interesting. Well, I'm sure things will start to progress here in the next few weeks and hopefully your next doctor's visits will be more enlightening:)

I know what you mean about the winter's coat, I'm borrowing my husbands black polar fleece jacket and can barely zip it! Just hoping it will last for about 6 more weeks.

Take care.

Hi Stacy,

My Dr's apt went just as I suspected so I shouldn't be disappointed. But at this point you go and wish they had something to tell you...some sort of progress but everything seems to be staying the same. Oh well...like I said before, no point in complaining.

I think we are going to go get a christmas tree today. That should kill the morning. I was also thinking about going for a little walk just to maybe...get things moving;) I was watching the biggest loser last night and it makes me want to go on a diet already! hahaha Although these people still weighed more then I do.
I think I am also going to make some shortbread cookies today as well. That should help with the weight gain:p

Good Morning All-

I'm loving this second trimester. It's fun to finally have some energy and I'm starting to develop a bump that other people notice. I've actually been able to work out for 30 - 60 minutes every morning before work this week. It feels great to move again and it's really helping keep the weight gain under control.

It sounds like alot of you moms are approaching the end. I wanted to tell you that it's inspiring to see moms-to-be still maintain some sort of activity at the end. It gives me the motivation to keep up with my activity now so that I can do something at the end. Good luck to you all!

I have my 20 week US in 2 weeks. I can't wait to see my little one again.

Hi Gals!

I checked in yesterday morning but for some reason it isn't posted. This computer is weird! It also keeps kicking me off of the internet when I am in the middle of something.
Didn't do a whole lot yesterday. The weather sucked so it wasn't worth going outside for but today is a beautiful day and I have LOTS to do. We are having DH's christmas party here tonight so I have housework to do and I have to make a few things. I love it when I know the day is going to fly by and it usually does when it is a Saturday cause everyone is around. The week days suck cause I am left home by myself.

I know what you mean about the 2nd trimester being better. The first is the worst.I couldn't wait to get my energy back, it was awful.
Have a good weekend everyone. 37 weeks today!!! Times a tick'in!!!!
Lori:)
