Moms to be Check in April 28

I'm a little late on the ball this week - it's finals week and it feels like all I've done is grade exams all week. I'm so excited to see so many new people!

I felt great last week, and did the Trolley Run on Sunday - it was four miles, but I only jogged about two. DH is running a half marathon next week, and I'm aiming to be able to do a half marathon next year.


Here's my week, best as I remember:

Sunday: Circuit Max (forgot how hard this is!)
Mon: 30 Min walk, Christi Step Heaven
Tues: Kathy Smith P:Y Upper and Lower body strength
Wed: 30 min walk, Seasun new cardio (forgot the name already)
Thurs: Firm BSS1 cardio, prenatal yoga (at yoga studio)
Fri: 30 min walk
Sat: Cardio and Weights
 
gidget- yes that would be a great feeling! I had a very easy pregnancy my first pregnancy, I gained 23 lbs and when my son was born he was a few oz.s shy of 10 lbs!!!! He was overdue and they finally induced me! So after leaving the hospital i think i weighed like 3 lbs more than i did when I got pregnant, very nice- so of course everyone this time (mostly dear mom) has been saying "its different the second time!" But not so, thanks to these Cathe workouts! I started them the end of my fourth month and have been going strong since!
shopaholic- when is your next appt? Mine is the 11th and I will be 37 weeks, thanks to ds#1 being overdue i am anxious and ready for baby #2 to be early rather than later!!!!!!

Heather, wow, 3 pounds to lose after having a baby! I gained 23 pounds with dd#1 but she was only 6 pounds 11 ounces. My next appointment is 5/8-monday, I will still be 36 weeks at that point.
Curly, congrats on your move!
 
Good Morning Mommy's:)

I am up and have my workout done. I did the last 3 seg of BC and a 3 mile run.Now I am fighting with myself to get a bowl of cereal down in me. I have a feeling that this isnt going to be one of my best days;( But its to be expected, right?
