Hello Ladies!
For those of you trapped in the winter wonderland-be happy that you have a GREAT excuse not to break your back shoveling lol, and for those who have escaped it, LUCK YOU!
I'm in Jersey on the central coast line...gotta have atleast a foot here. It's crazy!
Here's my week in review:
Sun: CTX: Power Circuit/cardio only
Gazelle-30 mins
Mon: CTX: Kickbox/cardio only
Basic Step Upper Body Add On
Tues: REST
Wed: CTX: Leaner Legs
Basic Step Upper Body Add On
Thur: Basic Step
Fri: Gazelle-30 min.
BS Lower Body Add On
BS Stability Ball Abs (only part of it)
Sat: Cardio Hits: Power Max
This week coming is the last week for the rotation I've been working on in January. It was home made, based on 5-6 days of cardio and 2-3 days of weight training. This saturday I begin my CTX only rotation...I can't wait! Should be fun!
